MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC DISEASES
We provide coordinated management across different long term medical conditions such as Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Mental Disorders, Ischaemic Heart Disease, Stroke, Arthritic Conditions and others.
OFFICE SURGERY & PROCEDURES
We provide perform minor surgical procedures at request in a clean and dedicated treatment room. Minor surgical procedures include excision of lumps; disinfecting and suturing an open wound; minor eye and ear/nose/throat procedures; removal of foreign bodies; cryosurgery.
WOMEN'S & MEN'S HEALTH
We provide comprehensive care for men's health such as: screening services; general women's & men's health; sexual health; pregnancy & family planning; STD treatment; cervical cancer & genital warts vaccination.
CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENTAL SCREENING
We conduct Childhood Developmental Screening for your child to screen for developmental delays for timely intervention. The recommended interval screening of your child will be conducted when they are 2, 4, 6, 12, 18, 30 and 48 months old.
CHILD & ADULT VACCINATION
We provide a comprehensive range of vaccinations to provide personal protection against important preventable infectious diseases to all young and old. From 1 Nov 2020, Singaporeans will benefit from higher subsidies for nationally-recommended vaccinations.
ACCEPTED SCHEMES
Community Health Assist Scheme
The Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) enables all Singapore Citizens, including Pioneer Generation (PG) and Merdeka Generation (MG) cardholders, to receive subsidies for medical care at this Family Medicine Clinic.
MediSave
Chronic Disease Management Programme
MediSave (up to 10 accounts) may be used to pay for outpatient treatment for the approved 20 chronic diseases up to $500 per account per year. Each claim is subject to a 15% co-payment.
MBS
This is a MBS@Gov participating clinic. Members may use their card for their subsidies.
Screen for Life
Make regular screening a part of your healthy lifestyle. Go for screening and know your health status. Screen for Life (SFL) is a national screening programme that encourages Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents to go for regular health screenings and follow up. With the subsidies, Singaporean citizens pay $0 to $5 per screening visit. Other subsidised rates apply for Permanent Residents.
Vaccination Subsidy (Starting Nov 2020)
From November 2020, eligible Singaporean children under the age of 18 will receive free nationally recommended vaccines which now includes vaccinations for diseases such as influenza, pneumococcal disease and chickenpox. They will also enjoy full subsidies for seven childhood development screenings together with their childhood immunisations. Singaporean adults will also be able to benefit from higher subsidies of between $35 and $125 for nationally recommended vaccines.
Public Health Preparedness Clinic (PHPC) Scheme
The Public Health Preparedness Clinic (PHPC) scheme serves the healthcare needs of Singaporeans in times of public health emergencies such as COVID-19 pandemic, influenza pandemic and haze.
